The 5% increase is incorporated with the offering of a 3rd dental plan, Blue Cross Blue Shield during Open Enrollment for an effective date of 1/1/2025.

You will see the new premiums, with the increases, beginning on September 13, 2024 payday (BW19).

Open Enrollment allows employees time to make changes to their Health Plan Coverage.  The Open Enrollment Period is the only opportunity to make changes to your coverage unless you have a “qualifying event” such as birth of a child, marriage, divorce, etc. 

The Open Enrollment period begins October 1, 2024 through November 1, 2024.  A form is not required if no changes are made. If you have questions, please contact me at 575-835-5643 or at angie.gonzales@dzflgg.net.
